I think we are damn fools if we allow the currently proposed bailout to be passed. I for one am damn sick and tired of corporate fat cats pulling down hundreds of millions in salary every year while running a failing corporation.
Why should we bail these idiots out? Is that not the equivalent of rewarding someone for doing a bad job? Give me a break. I say let the whole mess crash and let the chips fall where they may. I think every person that is or was in a position of power in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and whatever other corporation is asking for a bailout should have their asses put in prison and their personal assets seized.
The morons running the show should have to pay back every dime they were paid in exorbitant salaries, perks and any other compensation they received while doing a sorry fucking job and lying to the American people about their companies financial status. Nobody is that stupid. These people knew what was going on and looked the other way because they were still profiting off of a failing business.

I say we lock them all up, throw away the key, let the companies fold and then figure out what we can do different in the future to stop such crooked bullshit from happening again.
No more rewards for robber barons and crooked CEOs. Let's put them in the poor house and in the pokie so they can get first hand experience with the havoc they have created on the USA and the honest, hard working American citizens.
